Machine characteristics
1. It can adapt to all bottle and cap types within the standard size range.
2. Bottles and caps are automatically delivered to the vacuum chamber position, and then the vacuum chamber is formed, evacuated, and the cap is tightened, all of which are detected by the sensor and controlled by the program.
3. Tighten the lid only when the vacuum is pumped to the set value, so you don't have to worry about the production of unqualified cans on the capping machine.
4. Except that the conveyor chain is driven by a motor, the other power is driven by a PLC-controlled cylinder. The glass bottle is not equipped with height and width adjustment handwheels, which facilitates the adjustment of the height and left and right width of the labeling head to suit different products.
5. The labeling is driven by imported high-precision servo motor, labeling is accurate, and the stability is high.
